Our Projects
The abject poverty Kenyan children suffer as a consequence of HIV/AIDS is compounded by the lack of infrastructure in Kenya. Our Kenyan Kids helps bridge the gap to meet the physical, educational and spiritual needs of Kenya’s poorest and sickest children. We aim to relieve poverty, distress and suffering and improve public health, to enable and empower individuals in need to break their circle of poverty, become self sufficient to increase future opportunities.
Areas of Emphasis
Projects funded through Our Kenyan Kids support children, youth and young adults in need using the following criteria.
- Education
Scholarships, bursaries, awards and financial assistance
- Skills Training
Projects funded through Our Kenyan Kids support children, youth and young adults in need using the following criteria.
- Necessities
Providing food, nutritional supplements, medical supplies, and basic necessities
- Infrastructure
Establishing, constructing, renovating, operating and/or maintaining orphanages, schools and related facilities
- Spiritual Support
Providing spiritual assistance without regard to their faith, ethnic origin, social class or world view.
